Cancellation and Refund Policy

How cancellation of monthly access works, and why one-time course purchases are non-refundable once materials have been accessed.

Cancelling monthly access

For subscription-based monthly access fees, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least three (3) business days before your renewal date.

One-time purchases are non-refundable

All sales of one-time course purchases, bundles, and digital products are strictly non-refundable once any course materials, videos, or downloads have been accessed, viewed, or utilized.

Duplicate charges and technical issues

Duplicate charges, accidental duplicate purchases, or platform access issues should be reported promptly. If a verified technical issue prevents reasonable access to purchased training and cannot be resolved, Sparks Legacy Academy may offer a credit or access extension at its discretion.

How to request help

Send cancellation or billing questions to michelle.sparks@sparkslegacyteam.com with the purchaser name, email, course or subscription purchased, and purchase date. Agency purchases should include the agency name and number of assigned seats.
