Our commitment

Sparks Legacy Academy is committed to providing a website and learning experience that is accessible to as many users as possible. The site aims to follow generally recognized web accessibility practices, including WCAG 2.1 AA guidance where practical.

Current accessibility practices

  • Responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
  • Readable color contrast using the Sparks Legacy Academy brand palette.
  • Keyboard-friendly links, buttons, and form controls.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images where appropriate.
  • Clear headings, labels, and focus states for navigation and forms.

Third-party content

Some parts of the experience may rely on third-party services, such as payment processors, video platforms, authentication tools, or course delivery tools. Sparks Legacy Academy will work in good faith to choose and configure services that support accessibility.

Feedback and assistance

If you experience an accessibility barrier, email michelle.sparks@sparkslegacyteam.com with the page, device, browser, assistive technology used if applicable, and a description of the issue. We will review the request and work toward a reasonable solution.
