Analytics and tracking

We utilize third-party analytics tools, including Google Analytics, and tracking technologies like cookies and tracking pixels (such as the Meta Pixel). These tools automatically collect automated data (including IP addresses and pages viewed) to analyze website traffic and deliver targeted marketing advertisements. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies or use browser opt-out add-ons to prevent analytics tracking.

How information is shared

We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, if your account was purchased or provided by your employing agency or organization, your course progress, completion status, and login activity may be shared with that organization's administrators.

Information may also be shared with service providers that help operate the site, process payments, send email, host content, authenticate users, provide analytics, or deliver courses, and where required by law, to protect rights and security, or to complete a business transfer.

Data retention

Information is kept as long as needed for course access, account records, agency reporting, legal obligations, dispute resolution, billing, security, and legitimate business purposes. Retention periods may vary by data type and service provider.
